Everything you need before you book
Answers to the questions our clients ask most often — covering process, dietary requirements, payment, and cancellation — so nothing delays your enquiry.
How to get started
How do I request a quote?
Submit an enquiry via our contact page with your event date, guest count, and a brief description. We respond within one business day with initial questions or a draft proposal.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We review your brief, ask any clarifying questions, and return a tailored written quote. Once you confirm, we issue a booking agreement and collect a deposit to secure the date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend four to eight weeks for corporate events and three to six months for weddings. We do accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows — contact us to check.
Can I make changes after confirming?
Guest counts and menu selections can be adjusted up to ten working days before the event. Changes requested after that point may incur an administration fee, which will be stated in your agreement.
Requirements handled at the planning stage
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and other allergen-specific requirements are all accommodated. You provide guest dietary information at the planning stage and we build it into the menu from the outset.
How fresh are your ingredients?
Proteins and produce are sourced within 48 hours of your event date. We do not carry standing stock for event menus — your order drives the sourcing schedule.
Do you supply equipment and staffing?
We arrive with everything required: serving equipment, chafing dishes, and trained service staff. If your venue has specific requirements, note them in your enquiry and we will confirm compatibility.
What areas do you cover?
We operate across the United Kingdom. Travel and logistics for events outside our standard radius are factored into the quote at the planning stage — no hidden fees on the day.
Transparent terms, no ambiguity
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and major debit or credit cards. Payment details are confirmed in your booking agreement. Corporate clients may request invoice terms — contact us to discuss.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit of 25% of the agreed total is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than five working days before the event date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged at 50% of the total contract value.
